This role works with our other IT Team members and performs a variety of tasks to help make sure all of our employees have the right technology and that it's functioning safely and securely at all times.
You'll be working with our devices, servers, and related technologies while also having the opportunity to explore and test new emerging technologies to help grow the business.

Location:
Selinsgrove, PA This position can be up to 80% remote, but some time in the Selinsgrove, PA office will be required.
Responsibilities:
Intake and triage of service request tickets utilizing the ticket management suite by Atlassian, Jira.
Provide timely technical support through the Jira ticketing system, adhering to SLAs.
Maintaining active ticket communication between departments for the technology teams and the other departments Review logs on multiple systems and take action on the log errors Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation for the end-user knowledge base.
Monitor infrastructure health, backups, and security status.
Participate in quarterly PCI compliance procedures Orchestrate the patching and upgrading of company hardware and software.
Write and maintain IT department documentation along with other IT team members.
Install and configure laptops, peripherals, printers, servers, and network equipment.
Install and configure company software on both clients and servers.
Maintain an accurate inventory of assets.
Provide training to users when needed.
Qualifications:
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and be able to adapt them to LNYs current ecosystem or tools Able to troubleshoot moderately complex issues, and escalate them if necessary.
General knowledge of networking concepts Experience using Windows operating systems Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent writing comprehension skills for documenting workflows using tools such as Confluence and Swagger.
